Jess is an excellent property manager and we absolutely could not do it without her.  She is responsive, practical and trustworthy.  Jess has very sound judgment and treats our house and tenants like she would her own; she doesn’t delay and makes sensible and efficient decisions.  Jess is a warm and charming person and has an excellent relationship with our tenants.  We highly recommend her.

  I employed Jess to handle my recent kitchen refurbishment. She was fantastic!
